The Dry Sanding Table solves this problem with a filter cartridge system. It operates completely without water. Many clients in northern regions appreciate this design because they do not need to worry about antifreeze measures. They can use the Dry Sanding Table throughout the year. The filter captures dust, and a pulse jet cleaning system automatically removes the accumulated dust. The operator only needs to empty the dust collection drawer. Daily maintenance is very straightforward.

We offer this equipment in two standard sizes. For a single station, the dimensions are 1000 × 1400 × 2000 mm with an airflow volume of 2200 to 3000 m³/h. For a double station, the size is 2000 × 1400 × 2000 mm with a higher airflow volume of 4000 to 5500 m³/h. These options allow you to choose the model that best fits your workshop requirements. The cabinet is manufactured using laser cutting and CNC bending to ensure tight seams. This prevents dust leakage through gaps. Before shipping, we perform a fan balance test and a filter sealing inspection on every Dry Sanding Table to confirm that it meets our performance standards.

Our engineering team includes 4 technical experts who oversee product design and production. We ensure quality at every stage, from the initial drawings to the final product. The production cycle is 10 to 30 days, and our monthly capacity is 30 units. We also provide OEM and ODM services.
