Wet Sanding Table

The Wet Sanding Table is a practical choice for workshops dealing with fine dust generated during the processing of hardware and plastic parts. This equipment uses a simple water filtration principle. When dust particles come into contact with the water surface, they are immediately captured. This prevents them from becoming airborne. Many of our customers have reported that after installing this Wet Sanding Table, their workshop environment became much cleaner. Workers feel safer and may reduce their reliance on heavy respirators. This system also helps reduce the fire risk caused by dry dust accumulation.

This unit is designed for a single workstation. Its dimensions are 1000 × 1350 × 2000 mm, and it handles an airflow volume between 1800 and 2500 m³/h. This capacity is more than sufficient for standard daily grinding tasks. The water circulation system does not consume a large amount of water. You only need to clean the sediment from the water tank regularly. In practice, maintenance is simpler than many users expect. Every Wet Sanding Table we ship undergoes a complete operational test. We check the water pump and fan suction performance before the machine leaves our factory.

Our factory is located in Yinzhou District, Ningbo. We have a 3000-square-meter facility with over 30 employees. We use laser cutting, CNC bending, and laser welding machines. All production processes, from material cutting to final assembly, are completed in-house. The standard production time is 10 to 30 days. Repeat orders can be completed faster because our production processes are already established. Our monthly production capacity is 30 units. If you need special features, we can customize the size and functions according to your drawings or samples. We also accept single-unit orders. Each machine is packed in a reinforced wooden box to ensure safe transportation over long distances.
