Moving workpieces between grinding and painting stations through manual handling is inefficient. Workers need to move back and forth, which wastes time. There is also a risk of dropping and damaging the parts. The Product Conveyor Line solves this problem by automating the transfer process. We offer two types: belt conveyors and overhead chain conveyors. Belt conveyors are suitable for small to medium-sized workpieces that move horizontally. Overhead chain conveyors are better for large or irregularly shaped parts that need to move between different processes through an overhead track. For different workshop layouts, this Product Conveyor Line provides smooth and efficient material flow.
Three Width Options for Different Workpieces
We offer three standard belt widths: 600 mm, 800 mm, and 1000 mm. The conveyor speed is adjustable from 0.6 to 4 meters per minute. Our factory has the capability to design and manufacture complete conveyor systems. We will plan the optimal conveyor direction and workstation connection points based on your workshop layout. This ensures smooth and efficient material transfer. Before shipment, we calibrate the conveyor speed, adjust the tension device, and check the running stability. Production takes 10 to 30 days, and we accept orders for a single unit.
Adaptable and Easy to Maintain
We can customize the conveyor length, curve sections, and workstation entry and exit positions according to your requirements. Payment terms are 40% in advance and 60% before shipment. We accept third-party inspections. Many automated grinding and painting lines are already using our Product Conveyor Line for continuous workpiece transfer. Clients report stable operation and reliable performance. Our after-sales staff will provide guidance on belt replacement and drive system maintenance. The equipment has a 12-month warranty.
