Powder coating is different from liquid painting. The powder is applied through electrostatic spraying and then cured at high temperatures. The resulting coating is thick, highly adhesive, and free from solvents. The Automatic Powder Coating Line combines electrostatic powder coating and high-temperature curing into one continuous production line. The line width is 1500 mm. The length can be customized from 8 to 40 meters. The conveyor speed is adjustable from 0.5 to 2.5 meters per minute. Complete In-House Design and Manufacturing
Workpieces enter the spray booth first, where electrostatic spray guns apply powder evenly onto the surface. The coated parts then move into the curing oven for melting and leveling. The finished products are discharged from the end of the production line. Our factory has complete design and manufacturing capabilities for powder coating lines. The spray booth structure, powder recovery system, and oven temperature control system are all designed according to standard coating process requirements. We have many years of experience in this field.
Before shipment, we test the electrostatic spraying system, check temperature uniformity inside the curing oven, and run a complete production line test. Production takes 10 to 30 days, and we accept orders for a single unit.
Customization and Global Reach
We can adjust the number of automatic spray guns and the curing oven length based on your workpiece size and production capacity requirements. Payment terms are 40% in advance and 60% before shipment. We accept third-party inspections.
