Granular and honeycomb activated carbon both provide VOC adsorption, but their performance characteristics are different. Granular carbon offers strong adsorption capacity. However, it also creates higher airflow resistance. Honeycomb activated carbon works differently. It provides lower pressure loss, allowing air to pass through more freely. This makes it suitable for installation in existing exhaust systems. It creates less pressure loss for the existing fan system. This cabinet-type unit measures 1200 × 700 × 1900 mm and handles an airflow volume of 4000 m³/h. It uses honeycomb activated carbon media. The compact cabinet design allows installation inside the workshop or on an outdoor platform. It requires very little installation space. Uniform Airflow for Efficient Adsorption
Our engineering team determines the required number of honeycomb carbon layers and the replacement interval according to your gas composition and airflow conditions. Before shipment, we inspect the carbon loading, test airflow distribution uniformity, and check cabinet sealing performance. The production lead time is 10 to 30 days, and we accept single-unit orders. We support OEM and ODM services. We can also customize the external dimensions and inlet/outlet positions according to your drawings. Payment terms are 40% in advance and 60% before shipment. Third-party inspections are also accepted.
