Treating large volumes of low-concentration VOC exhaust through direct combustion is often not cost-effective. The high airflow requires significant energy to heat the air stream. The low VOC concentration often cannot provide sufficient heat to support self-sustaining combustion. This results in high energy consumption because a large amount of air must be heated.
The Zeolite Rotor Waste Gas Treatment Equipment solves this challenge through adsorption concentration technology. Large-volume exhaust first passes through the rotor adsorption zone. VOC molecules are captured by the zeolite material, and the treated air is discharged. A small stream of heated air then passes through the desorption zone. This releases the adsorbed VOCs from the zeolite material and creates a smaller-volume, higher-concentration gas stream. This concentrated gas can then be sent to an RTO or catalytic oxidizer for efficient oxidation treatment. Engineered for Efficient Concentration
The rotor has a diameter of φ1600 mm. The complete unit measures 3200 × 2000 × 2600 mm and handles an airflow volume of 15000 m³/h. Our engineering team has extensive experience in zeolite rotor system design. We select the appropriate zeolite type and rotor speed according to your gas characteristics. Before shipment, we test rotor sealing performance, verify and calibrate the rotor operating speed, and check the desorption temperature. The production lead time is 10 to 30 days, and we accept single-unit orders. We support OEM and ODM services. Payment terms are 40% in advance and 60% before shipment. Third-party inspections are accepted.
