Dust-laden air passes through the filter bags, and dust particles are trapped on the fabric surface. Clean air passes through the bags and is discharged. A pulse jet cleaning system periodically releases compressed air through the bags. This releases accumulated dust, allowing it to fall into the hopper below. For a wide range of industrial applications, this Baghouse Dust Collector provides reliable long-term performance.

The 10-bag model measures 1500 × 1000 × 2200 mm and handles an airflow volume of 5000 m³/h. This model is suitable for small to medium-sized workshops. The 40-bag model measures 3000 × 1800 × 3000 mm and handles an airflow volume of 20000 m³/h. This model is designed for large central dust collection systems. We offer different filter bag materials to meet different requirements. Standard fabric bags are suitable for normal temperature applications. High-temperature filter bags are available for hot dust applications. All production processes, from material cutting to welding and assembly, are completed in our Ningbo factory. This allows us to maintain strict quality control throughout production.

Before shipment, we inspect filter bag installation, test the pulse jet cleaning system, and check fan operation. The production lead time is 10 to 30 days, and our monthly capacity is 30 units. We accept single-unit orders. We can also customize filter bag materials, cabinet dimensions, and dust discharge methods according to your technical drawings. Payment terms are 40% in advance and 60% before shipment. We accept third-party inspections. We can provide an operation video before delivery.
