Wet Dust Collector

Some customers already have sanding or polishing machines and only need a separate dust collector to handle the dust generated by their existing equipment. The Wet Dust Collector is designed for this purpose. You connect it to the dust outlet of your existing machine. Dust-laden air enters the collector and comes into contact with high-pressure water spray. The dust particles are captured by the water and settle at the bottom of the tank. Filtered air is then discharged from the top outlet. For single-station applications, the compact model is a good choice. For complete grinding production lines, the large model provides higher airflow capacity. This Wet Dust Collector is a versatile solution for different workshop configurations.

The small unit measures 1200 × 800 × 1800 mm and handles an airflow volume of 3000 m³/h. It is suitable for a single workstation. The large unit measures 3000 × 1500 × 2500 mm and handles an airflow volume of 15000 m³/h. It can connect to multiple workstations or complete grinding production lines. We are certified to three management system standards: ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001. Our production process follows strict standards, from tank fabrication and welding to spray system installation. Before delivery, we test the water circulation system and verify the airflow performance. The production lead time is 10 to 30 days, and our monthly capacity is 30 units.

We accept single-unit orders. The color, voltage, and air inlet/outlet direction can all be customized. Payment terms are 40% in advance and 60% before shipment. Third-party inspections are also accepted. We provide a 12-month warranty. Our after-sales team provides remote guidance for installation and maintenance. If parts are damaged during transportation, we will provide replacement parts. This Wet Dust Collector is already used in Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
