For example, in northern regions, water pipes can freeze and burst during winter. Some workshops do not have a drainage system. Others have relatively small painting operations and find water pipe installation and wastewater treatment inconvenient.
The Dry Filter Spray Booth is designed for these situations. It uses paper-based filter cotton to capture paint mist. It does not use water, does not require drainage, and is not affected by freezing temperatures. You only need to connect the power supply and exhaust pipe to start operation. The unit measures 1500 × 1100 × 2100 mm and handles 4500 m³/h of airflow. It is suitable for single-station painting and touch-up operations. For dry or cold climates, this Dry Filter Spray Booth is much simpler than water curtain systems.

When the filter cotton becomes saturated, you only need to replace it with a new one. The maintenance process is simple and convenient. Clients in the Middle East have told us that this equipment is easier to manage in hot, dry environments compared with water curtain systems.

Before shipment, we check filter sealing performance and test fan operation. Production takes 10 to 30 days, and our monthly capacity is 30 units. We accept single-unit orders. Repeat orders can be delivered faster. Third-party inspections are welcome, and we can provide operation videos before shipment.

Payment terms are 40% in advance and 60% before shipment. We accept both USD and RMB. Our after-sales team will teach you how to identify when the filter cotton needs to be replaced and how to complete the replacement process.
