The Spray Painting Chamber functions like a controlled clean workspace. External dust is prevented from entering the painting area. Paint mist and solvent vapors are continuously extracted through the exhaust system. Workpieces are finished inside this enclosed environment, creating a more stable coating process. The surface finish quality is significantly better than that achieved with open-air spraying.
The small model measures 4000 × 3000 × 2800 mm with an airflow capacity of 25000 m³/h. The large model measures 8000 × 5000 × 3200 mm with an airflow capacity of 60000 m³/h. A furniture client in Europe reported that this Spray Painting Chamber helped reduce coating defects during production.

The chamber provides bright lighting and a well-organized airflow design. Workers can maintain a more comfortable environment during long shifts. Our engineering team has extensive experience in paint chamber design and manufacturing.

Before shipment, we test chamber sealing performance, run the air supply and exhaust system together, and verify the lighting safety performance.
Production takes 10 to 30 days, and we accept single-unit orders.

Payment terms are 40% in advance and 60% before shipment. We accept third-party inspections. The chamber is shipped in modular sections and assembled on-site for easier transportation and installation.
