Introduction to Grinding Tables

A grinding table is a unit that integrates a workstation with dust extraction capabilities. It is suitable for operations such as welding, polishing, grinding, workpiece deburring, and plasma cutting. These tables are widely used across industries-including food processing, pharmaceuticals, metallurgy, power generation, chemicals, construction materials, casting, machinery manufacturing, automotive manufacturing, aerospace, and woodworking-for material recovery, dust collection, and air filtration.
Available types include wet grinding tables, dry pulse-cleaning grinding tables, and standard dust-extracting grinding workstations. They feature an airflow capacity of 1,500–10,000 m³/h, a power output of 1.5–3 kW, and a purification efficiency of 99.5%. The units utilize multi-stage composite filtration technology and support variable frequency speed control and noise-reduction designs.
