This product employs a multi-stage composite filtration system-combining a water curtain, cyclone separation, and high-efficiency filters-to achieve a dust purification efficiency of 99.5%. Designed for environments involving combustible dusts such as aluminum-magnesium alloys and wood, the wet grinding station features a fully enclosed structure and an explosion-proof motor, and is equipped with spark detection and automatic fire suppression systems.
The unit utilizes variable-frequency drive (VFD) technology to dynamically adjust fan speed, thereby reducing energy consumption. Noise reduction measures include installing sound insulation, routing exhaust ducts outdoors, using thicker panel materials, removing swivel casters, and replacing the 220V fan with a 380V model.
