Bag-type dust collector: Uses fiber filter bags to trap dust; highly efficient (over 99%), suitable for capturing fine dust, and currently the most widely used type.
Electrostatic precipitator: Uses a high-voltage electric field to charge dust particles, attracting them to collection plates; suitable for handling high-volume, high-temperature flue gas, such as in thermal power plants.
Cyclone dust collector: Uses centrifugal force to throw dust against the vessel walls, causing it to fall; features a simple structure and is suitable for handling coarser particles.
Wet dust collector: Uses water to capture dust; suitable for hydrophilic dust, though considerations regarding freeze protection and wastewater treatment are necessary.
Mobile dust collector: Equipped with wheels for portability; suitable for isolated dust-generating points within a workshop, such as grinding stations; some models comply with GMP standards for the pharmaceutical industry.
